• Should you wish to return your item(s) for any reason please contact us at aloiseandco@gmail.com.
• In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us within 28 days of receiving and we will offer you an exchange or refund.
• Please be sure to return your parcel within original packaging with all product tags unbroken.
• Goods must be unused, unwashed, unworn and free of pup hair upon return to us. Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition. We understand this product will need to be tried on to check for fit, however we ask that this is done in the house when your pup is clean, as we cannot accept exchanges or returns for items that are not in impeccable condition.
• We take the quality of our products very seriously therefore if your item is faulty or defective please contact us immediately.
